Downpipe forming machine is a special equipment for producing building downpipes (rainwater pipes). It can process metal coils (such as galvanized steel plates, color steel plates, etc.) into the required downpipe shape through continuous roll forming process. The equipment has high automation and high production efficiency, and is widely used in construction, municipal engineering and other fields.

Main components of downpipe forming machine
Uncoiler: used to unwind metal coils and provide raw materials for subsequent forming.
Leveler: Level the metal sheet to ensure that the surface of the sheet is flat and easy to form.
Feeding device: Feed the metal sheet into the forming unit.
Forming unit: Through multiple sets of roller pressing dies, the metal sheet is gradually pressed into the shape of a downpipe (such as round, square or rectangular).
