3.Packing and shipping details
1. One 40ft container for loading one set machine with manual decoiler;
2. The whole Wiped Anti Rust Oil, PLC controller covered by foam film;
3. Spare parts and some small parts packed in plastic tooling box;
4. All Components Fixed by steel wire with Container.
1. Machines need one 20/40 feet container to load .
2.We have professional technicians for loading to make sure machine has no damage.
3.Please provide us the nearest port name, we will ask shipping cost and arrange shipping for you.
Our Services- 1.This producing line is maintained free of charge for 12 months.When the machine is used in China,we will install and debug the machine for free;if it is used at abroad,we will send the professional technician to debug.Buyers should take all the fees for technicians travelling abroad.
- 2.All the parts in the roll forming machine is free to maintain all the life,if in 12 months our company bear the cost for exchanged the broken part like the new parts cost and express cost,if more than 12 month,we also free to maintain the broken parts but for send the new parts,the buyer need bear the express cost.
- 3.When ship the roll forming machine,We will also send one set CD and specification(Chinese and English) to you with the machine,they can teach you how to operate the machines.
A:- What service can you provide before order?
- About the pre-sale service. We provide you answers of all your questions on our machines, such as technical parameter, price, payment terms, ect. If you wanna visit our factory and check the machines, we also can send you invitation letter and give you our warmest welcome.
B:- Can you finish the machine during the delivery time?
- We will finish the machine in time according to determined lead time.
C:- Can you provide some spare parts?
- Yes, of course. The quick-wear parts are sent to you together with the machine.
D:- What is the after- sale service?
- About the after-sales service. We can send technician to your country to fix the machine.The buyer should bear all the cost including: visa , Roundtrip ticket and suitable accommodation, also buyer should pay the salary 80USD/day.
The warranty is one year. and we will provide the technical support for the whole life. It is free to maintain the machine the first year after buying, including changing the main components. The first year hence, you will pay for our technician $50 per day to maintain the machine. And the components are not free, if you need to get it from us.
E:- Any other service?
- We can manufacture, design, installation and debug various roll forming machines including standard and customized machines.
It is free to assemble machine and train your works, but the buyer should pay for the round-trip airplane ticket, and arrange accommodation during that time.
F:- Can you accept OEM?
- We can accept OEM.
G:- What is the payment term?
- Our payment term is TT, 30%TT as the deposit, before shipping pay the last 70%TT
