2. Stone Coated Metal Roof Tile Production Line Details:                        
Stone coated sheet is formed by 0.4mm Al-Zn plating panel and color stones. It is modern, environmental and nice appearance.                        
We developed this stone coated production line based on long time running and improvement. It is high-performance, stable, energy-efficient and easy operation.                        
                        
It is including four main parts:                        
1). Auto bottom gule spraying section                    
2). Auto stone coated section    
3). Auto face gule spraying section                    
4). Drying section    
The improved line is installed with "L" design.  The advantages of  this design is space saving, compact device connection, easy operation and good stability.    
1). Auto bottom gule spraying section

1. Guarantee                                        
In correct operation and maintenance, the machines are 12 months quality guarantee from time of loading, life guarantee repair; within quality guarantee period, except for failures caused by human error, spare parts will be provided freely; after the quality guarantee period, only charge the cost of the spare parts. Free technical supporting and maintenance consulting in lifetime.                                        
2. Installation                                        
If necessary, we can send one technician to your factory to install the machine; you need assist our technician to get the visa and pay for the two-way flight tickets, local accommodation (at least three-star hotel with air condition), food, visa cost. And you need pay 200USD/day for technician extra. The total time will be caculated as per the time that shown on the fright tickets when our technician leaves China and arrives back to China.
