2. Technique parameters of the main roll forming machine
(1). Forming stations: 22 stations, with 12 auxiliary roller stations;
(2). Roller material: CR12MOV die steel, heat treatment of HRC58-60 degrees after rough machining, fine grinding holes, CNC numerical control finishing;
(3). Diameter of shaft: ¢80mm with fine grinding process after straightening;
(4). Material of shaft: solid Cr40 steel with tempering ;
(5). Frame of the machine: welded with square tubes (120mm*120mm / 150mm*150mm) and 16mm steel plate; the surface of the steel plate was processed with large CNC milling machine; the frame has been treated with aging to eliminate internal stress and has good stability.
(6). Wall panel thickness: 55mm cast iron, independent structure;
(7). Forming motor power: 2 * 22KW;
(8). Straighten section: multi-rotation Turkish straighten mechanism;
(9). Hydraulic station power for punching hole: 3KW with cooling system which power 220W;
(10). Punching and cutting: double servo motors tracking punching and cutting without stop;
(11). Servo motor power: 2.3KW;
