Eps sandwich panel

1. Sandwich panel installation method

This Facade Sandwich Panels is easy to install, saving time and effort. One worker can install 150 square meters per day.
Installation accessories include two types: aluminum alloy accessories and accessories made of the same material, namely starting parts, inner corners, outer corners, middle seams, door and window packages, ending parts, invisible starting parts (made of aluminum alloy material), etc.

 

Installation steps: Place the starting piece at the bottom of the wall, install the first Facade Sandwich Panels horizontally from bottom to top, and then fix it to the wall with expansion screws (fix a nail every 60 centimeters). Then aim the female opening of the second panel at the male opening of the first panel and insert it downwards. Then use expansion screws to fix the second panel to the wall, and install the remaining panels in the same order.
